How do I place an order with you?
After you have submitted your enquiry list we will get in touch with you back shortly, to confirm stock availability and the price to hire the items that you have selected.

I am not sure which category of props the item I am looking for would be in, what should I do?
You will find there is a prop database search facility in the sidebar of every page, where you can enter the details about the item you are looking for to help you with your search.

How do I build an enquiry list of items that I am interested in?
Click on the hire link from the navigation menu, or select a category from the sidebar, then select the category of props that you are interested in and then either click the prop name or image to open up the props individual page with enlargeable picture or click “Add to Enquiry Basket” to add it straight to your enquiry list. Once you have finished building your enquiry list, click on the “Send Enquiry” button, to start the checkout process.

How do I register an account?
You will be given the opportunity to register an account, during the “Send Enquiry” checkout process. This will save you having to enter in all your details again, should you wish to hire any more props in the future.

I can’t login into my account.
If you have forgotten your password, please go to the password recovery page and enter the email address that you used to register your account. You will then be emailed a link to reset your password.

If you cannot remember the email address that you used to register, please get in touch with us and one of our staff will be happy to help you.

Why do I get the message – login blocked. too many failed attempts?
As a security measure to prevent brute force (identity guessing) attacks, if you have made four or more failed login attempts within the last thirty minutes, you will be blocked until that thirty minutes has passed.

If you have forgotten your password, please go to the password recovery page and enter the email address that you used to register your account. You will then be emailed a link to reset your password. You will be able to login with your new password once the thirty minutes has passed.

We accept cash, bank transfers and credit card payment over the phone.
